Refund policy

Returns Policy

All Baba pieces are made to order in small batches in London. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing, or contact us at natasha@bababytasha.com with any questions before you order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at natasha@bababytasha.com if your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right. Claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges as standard, but as everything is made to order, we're happy to consider requests on a case-by-case basis — for example if a size runs differently than expected. Contact us at natasha@bababytasha.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll let you know if we can help.

European Union / UK 14-day cooling-off period

Where required by law, EU and UK customers may have a statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt. Because Baba garments are made to order in limited runs, we believe they may be exempt from this right as bespoke/personalised goods. If you believe your order qualifies for cancellation under local law, please contact us at natasha@bababytasha.com and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. You are responsible for paying any such charges upon delivery. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies vary widely by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order if you have questions about anticipated charges.

Refunds

As stated above, we do not offer refunds except in cases of confirmed damage, defect, or fulfilment error, evaluated at our discretion.
